We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping within New Zealand

We currently ship throughout New Zealand only.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $59 NZD.

Shipping for orders under $59 is calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are packed with care from our home studio in Christchurch and are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

During product launches, promotions and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Using NZ Post, estimated delivery times are:

• South Island: 1–3 business days
• North Island: 2–5 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
